About the Brand

Our Manifesto...

Our brand speak the language of handmade—at its purest form.

Our brand is not just about clothing. It’s about stories woven into every piece. In a time where machines, and mass production are taking over, we consciously go the opposite way: human hands over machines, quality over quantity, tradition over trends.

This is a return to our roots—where craftsmanship is slow, purposeful, and deeply personal.

OUR STORY...

Learn about us & the women we work with

We’ve always been drawn to craftsmanship—the idea that something can be made with intention, meaning, and story. Through our professions and lived experiences, we’ve explored this deeply, and over time our appreciation for true craftsmanship has only grown.

Lamxi & Abby was born between two realities:
long, exhausting workdays that demand everything from you—and a deep-rooted desire to create something meaningful, lasting, and human.
For many of us, being tired has become normal. Being uncomfortable has become familiar. This brand is our response to that. Not an escape from hard work, but a reward for it. A return to comfort, intention, and care.

Our journey begins with 100% cotton, dyed by hand in Nepal to achieve its colour. From there, the fabric goes through a long and intricate weaving process using traditional techniques—methods one of us grew up watching back home.

This process is not rushed. Every step is deliberate.

On a personal level, this work is deeply connected to our values. Laxmi grew up in a single-mother household in Nepal, she witnessed firsthand the resilience, strength, and challenges women face in male-dominated societies. That experience shaped our desire to support spaces where women can be independent, skilled, and empowered.
Our partnership with this supplier feels natural because we share the same beliefs: that craftsmanship is dignity, and work—when done with care—can change lives.
